ACTOR TOM HOLLAND

Spiderman star, Tom Holland opened up about his sober lifestyle, and how his wellbeing has shifted since he ditched the booze over two years ago. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly in May 2023, the actor revealed that he'd been sober for over a year. He later, appeared on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast, and said that he had been "definitely addicted to alcohol." In more recent interviews the actor admits that he is the "happiest" he’s "ever been" and that his decision to embrace an alcohol-free lifestyle has increased his wellbeing.
